Effective dosage:
Dosage is based on your medical condition, your response to therapy, and other medication you might be taking.

How does it work?

Silagra dilates the arteries in the penis and thus allows filling of blood into sinusoids (small spaces in the penis). As the penis hardens, the veins are compressed restricting the blood flow out of the penis. This filling of blood into the penile space causes an erection. In this way Silagra causes an erection.
